About us

Rosswag Engineering specializes in additive manufacturing using selective laser melting (SLM® / LPBF) in a holistic and in-house process chain. This enables the efficient and economical production of functionally optimized metal components from many different alloys, such as materials based on steel, nickel or aluminium. The service portfolio ranges from tool production and prototypes with small quantities, through small series production of functional components, to specific consulting for the qualification of materials and parameters in an individual process chain.

Our process chain

From engineering to material analysis

In addition to the printing process, the design process, process development and post-processing are decisive for the quality and performance of your additively manufactured components. Rosswag's philosophy has always been to accompany projects from the idea to series production and to map as many processes as possible internally.

Our customers benefit from our high level of expertise in various processes and our many years of experience in dealing with the highest customer requirements and specifications.

Metal 3D printing applications

Functional added value can be integrated into the components for an economically advantageous use of the metal 3D printing process. For example, topology-optimized lightweight structures or conformal cooling channels can have a major impact on the rapid amortization of production costs over the life cycle of the component. Furthermore, entire assemblies can be combined into individual components in order to reduce subsequent expenses for joining and testing processes.
