Compact design

The newly developed heat exchangers are up to 25 times smaller than conventional shell and tube heat exchangers. This compact design enables a high power density in a small installation space, making them ideal for applications where space is critical, such as in fuel cell modules or hydrogen systems.

Temperature and pressure resistance

Thanks to their robust design and the use of high-quality materials such as 1.4404, 1.4828 or Inconel 625, the heat exchangers can withstand temperatures of up to 1000 °C and high pressures. These properties make them particularly suitable for demanding industrial applications and use in extreme environments.

Our ultra-compact heat exchangers, developed for extreme conditions, offer maximum efficiency and reliability with minimal construction volume - made possible by advanced additive manufacturing technologies. Rosswag has been our development partner for HPEx® since 2018"
