The grooving module has two precise cooling channels which, thanks to their innovative geometry, such as the triangular end of the lower channel, enable optimum cooling right up to the clearance angle edge. This reduces wear, improves chip formation and extends tool life.

Efficiency and material savings

Thanks to additive manufacturing and the ARNO Cooling System (ACS2), the module offers more efficient machining with shorter chips, better chip removal and less chip jamming, which saves material and increases productivity.
