How fits MetalAM and Gymnastics together? 🤸 Interesting question during the Olympic Games in Tokyo 🇯🇵

As we have three active gymnasts in our Engineering team with Gregor Graf, Michael Flamm and Eric Meinzer, we see some pretty interesting analogies:

🤸 More experience and hard training ➡️ The result looks astethic and simple
🤸 Technic matters ➡️ You have to influence the right parameters for better results
🤸 You're never finished ➡️ There is always a potential for further optimization
