Lightweight wheel carrier with KA-RaceIng
In the 2017 season, Rosswag Engineering developed a topology-optimized wheel carrier together with the Formula Student Team KA-RaceIng, which was manufactured from TiAl6V4 using metal 3D printing. With the same rigidity, it is over 40% lighter than a comparable welded construction.
