Key facts:
🔹We are certified under the EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU) by TÜV SÜD as a semi-finished product manufacturer for AM pressure parts in 1.4404 (316L)
🔹 Each AM machine needs its own build-volume qualification - TÜV SÜD examined 100+ test coupons using destructive and non-destructive testing
🔹 Core rulebooks: PED 2014/68/EU, DIN/TS 17026, and parts of EN 13445-4
In short: if your powder, parameters, training, and traceability aren't proven, the produced component is a legal risk. Certification transforms innovation into an asset instead of a liability.
All this ensures reproducible, certifiable quality from powder to finished part.
🤔 Is certification a "barrier" slowing AM adoption - or the competitive edge that separates suppliers you can trust from those you can't?
